Does anyone know the specs for this screw

It's a 4-40 x 3/16", takes a #43 drill for tapping.

Sometimes my old machinist/tool & die maker/mold maker ways just sort of come back to me.
Wish I had a mill, lathe and surface grinder in my basement!!!
