!75 SMK loadouts for a 20'' barrel

I have a howa 1500 308 with 20'' barrel 1:10 twist. I was wondering if anybody cooked up some 1000 yard loads for a similar situation. I'm using 175 grain SMK with varget and Winchester primers.

44.5 grns is giving me 2610 which, for me, is plenty to get to 1K

I have a 19" barrel.

this load shoots sub 1/2 moa for me and will make it to 1000 out of my 20" tikka CTR.

Try switching to cci for federal primers. A lot more consistent and safer than Winchester. And around 44grains of varget will get you there. Safe shooting!
