7mm Rem Mag Load Data

Guys, need some load data if you are willing to share. Already have some good loads but need all i can get. 24" barrel is what I'm working with. 162 AMAX, 168 Berger, 175 SMK, 180 SMK, 180 Berger. Have a bunch of H1000 and Retumbo to push them. Lets hear see some good data and possibly some group pics. Thanks in advance.

I am loading 7mmRemMag this morning.

I am loading 7 gr more powder than Hodgdon lists as max.
And I am loading conservatively reduced relative to the threshold of long brass life.

Hodgdon: great powder for temp stability, but silly wimpy listed loads.

26" barrel
168 gr berger vld
Win Case
WLR primers
68.6 gr. H1000
3.400" (.030 off the lands)
2950 fps
E.S. 13 fps over 30 shots


70gr H1000 w/ the same load was very accurate if not a little morethan the above listed but had a larger E.S. and every now and then had the bolt just a little tight to lift in my rifle.

I'm going to start loading some 162 A max's soon, waiting on the rifle to make it in.
