Everything about this kid SCREAMS the need for getting him into some sort of specific educational program- be it business, or engineering, or something. He needs to be groomed by someone smart enough to know when to give him materials and say, "work it" without getting all micro-manager.

He simply does not need to be stuck in the rat nest of the Cali PUBLIC school system. He'll be taught why faggots should be allowed to suck dicks on the city bus instead of how to build his God-given talents into a great force of natural "eff you" to the 30+ year program the D.O.Ed runs.

He has a spark. He has the skills and creativity to realize his dreams.
