Any one know the powder that's in it? Pulled the bullets in 10 random rounds and had a spread of 1.5g. that is explaining my vertical dispersion at distance...I think.

I pulled some bullets the other day. I had dispersion of .5 gr in the 10 I pulled.
I believe it to be RL22 somewhere in the 72-72.5gr. range.
I will say that if you want to unlock real performance in the 300WM.....use RL17. Especially under the 208 AMAX.

Got 191 on hand so that is what I will be using for a while. But I will definitely be equaling it out a bit. How temp sensitive is it?

A191(Mk248 Mod 0-190gr. load) is very temp sensitive. In 85-100 degree temps, you may see upward of 200fps velocity increase.
I've got a large lot of A191 that I can not shoot in temps above 80 degrees unless I want to beat my bolt open every shot.
The Mk248 Mod 1-220gr. Load is very stable and consistent.

That's because those 220 SMK's sit on top of H1000. RL22 will make some pretty groups, but like you pointed out, it's only for temperate days. I've had no issues with H1000 in my WM, for that matter H4350 in my .260 too, over a 90*F spread.

I do find this very interesting in light of the discussion of temperature sensitivity. RL17 is "alleged" to be notoriously temp sensitive. I tried it in my .260. Lots of velocity, but not the accuracy I was looking for so I was unable to verify.

I think people consider it to be the same as the other Reloader powders as manufactured by Bofors. RL17 is manufactured by Nitrochemie. All of my testing has proven it to be as stable as H1000.
I get great velocity and great accuracy in several different cartridges.

Very interesting... thanks for the feedback. I have been helping a friend develop loads under the 215/230 Bergers. Have you played with RL17 under the heavier bullets?

I've tried RL17 under the 230 Bergers and got some astounding results. I seem to recall 65.5 grains of RL17 gave me 2850fps and 3/4moa accuracy. Granted I did not play with seating depth to maximize the group size as I think that would have made huge differences.
Since I use the 208's for 300 BlkOut, 308, 30-06, it made sense to use them in the 300WM, especially considering it gives me solid 1/2moa accuracy to 1k at 3060fps using 68.5grains in FC Brass.
I use RL17 in my 243, 308, 30-06, and 300WM with phenomenal results. Soon to try it in a friends 260 under some 142SMK's and see how well it does there.

Take loads developed at temps below 90* that show accuracy and record the speeds. Take those exact same loads out and shoot in 95+ temps
It will take 1, perhaps two rounds for you to realize the temp sensitivity of the powder like all other RL powders.
Consistency across all seasons is more critical to me than 75-150 fps increase in speed.

Ok, so I've got data from 50 degrees up to 104. Today was 100 degrees and I saw a 30fps increase from 48 degrees in my 243 load using 43.6grains of RL17 under a 105 Berger Hybrid. My H1000 load under my 115 DTAC's showed a 40 fps increase from 48 degrees.
Thats stable enough for me,with increased accuracy and velocity. If its reliably predictable, I can work with it so long as I can open the bolt.
