Getting a non out of spec mag seems to be working just fine. And AI is taking care of that if it’s the issue.

I picked up 3 new AX mags that I’m assuming are different lot than the out of spec. Works fine.

The communication on the issue was only after quite a few people mentioned issues. Some that were overseas and experiencing a different issue.

Which was some of the complaints. The issue wasn’t communicated prior when it was seemingly known about. As they posted immediately what the issue was.

IMO, MDT’s presence and communication style here is exemplary of what a vendor presence and interaction should be on a social media platform (and yes, sadly…forums are a form of S.M.)

Also IMO, in the limited exposure I have to AI’s forum customer interaction, they have some opportunities to improve in this regard.

IME as a Prog Mang of fairly complex and pretty expensive products, if you can’t take customer negative (but valid) criticism w grace and acceptance, you shouldn’t be facing customers.

Yea, I’m admittedly not good with people. Definitely a flaw of mine. I just say what’s on my mind and I’m not good with EQ and small talk and such. That was acceptable 20 years ago. But doesn’t work so well nowadays.
