Can you headshot the doll next time? :)
TLDR: Guy I helped gave it to me as a gift for solving his position and technique problems.

Okay, so I usually end up "mentoring" people at the range. No, I ain't no Frank, but I have a lot of spare time as shooting the PRC at 1,000 on a known distance, square range is like cheating. I was working off and on with a guy for a couple of weeks who was shooting handloads in 6.5 RPR, and not having any consistency; I finally told him, "it's not the gun." The next week I stayed with him for several hours and went through everything from bipod height, to eye box, natural point of aim, shoulder pocket, etc., etc. By the end of the session he had good DOPE and consecutive hits on target at 1,000, he was ecstatic. I then put him behind the PRC and he was blown away by the AI's form, fit and function. Anyways, a few weeks later he shows up with a new AI and he gave me the bag tag for being patient with him and helping (he's a Star Wars geek and saw my Mando mag), oh, and it ain't no doll ;). He has a NF on order, but apparently LE orders are 9 weeks out.

@Defender3 that axmc was one of the best rifles I’ve had. I sold it to you and got an Axmc-le but regret selling it. I should have just bought both haha

I appreciate the deal you gave me! I suspect it liked you and the west side of the country better 'cause I keep missing sometimes, I know it can't be me. :ROFLMAO:

I feel the same about selling the AX to fund the MC, ended up ordering an AT-X so I can have a short and long action, even though I have the 308 bolt face stuff for the MC.

Shot the sporting rifle match in Raton yesterday with @Krob95, 'twas indeed sloppy af.
I shot everything off a tripod so as not to get my tootsies muddy.
Also put my GoPro on for a stage if anyone is interested in what an example of one COF looks like.
Thank Christ for the target card feature on AB Kestrels. Turns out grease pen dope cards and rain don't jive too well.

@SuperBoot Would like to know who's back you scratched to get a 308 bolt for your AXSR???
Got a proof carbon 6.5cm barrel sitting on the shelf staring at me daily.

I'd do many, nasty, horrible things for a 308 bolt for mine right now.... It would be very untidy. :ROFLMAO:

@SuperBoot is clearly part of the Lance Criminal underground man. That’s the only explanation.

Need some help. I have an ae mk2 and want a better bipod solution than the atlas spigot.

Option 1 is skate board tape
2 is the replacement part from anarchy outdoors
3 is an arcs rail.
But I am.curious what that pic rail forward of the arca is in this picture from sawtooth rifles
Get the elite iron picatinny mount if it fits your rifle. I put one on a AICS and it has a nut or something that tightens up ans gets rid of all slop

The Anarchy spigot is a direct replacement for the factory bipod block, requires no fitting or tightening, and is offered in either picatinny or RRS/Arca. Works great.

Elite iron is closer to barrel axis. And a spigot without a tensioner is gonna have play. Fwiw
Just FYI the spigot I posted above on my AT has absolutely zero play whatsoever

Complete honesty I have absolutely no idea exactly how it mounts. Previous owner had on the gun when I purchased. But it’s rock solid. I use it all the time with my TBAC or Atlas. Then use the RRS Arca forend attachment for my tripod
