Accuracy International Picture Thread

Looks like a LGS, I meant your ammo stash.
my ammo stash is nothing to brag about 1,000 round of 6.5 brass that needs prep. I need to quit being so lazy and reload a ton of 6.5cm. I've just been way too busy this last year with work, I do however seem to have an endless supply of 9mm in a purple crown royal bag that I just can't seem to find the bottom of.

Had the boy shooting the AI positionally today for a little bit. Had the 16.5” 308 barrel on. He is shooting his first centerfire match next month at Altus. It will be a guardian match. And he is 11yrs old.

@pfl338 that's a pretty rad camo job. always been curious of those tanget scopes.
Camo was easy, bought a tigerstripe silicone sheet stencil, hard part was talking myself into rattle canning a multi thousand dollar rifle, lol, at least now during hunting season the rifle will not stand out like a sore thumb.
I am very impressed with the TT, optical quality is out of this world and the eyebox is very generous, really easy to get behind and get a full view. Turret clicks are VERY positive and the toolless zero is great.

that's great to hear. what reticle did you go with?

You need a sage green Spuhr for that bad boy... And guess who happens to have one for ya...

Haha

Shoot, I just picked up the black spuhr for the AX... That is quite the temptation, though. PM inbound

And just like that he received 115 pm’s regarding selling the AT and another 1,546 pm’s on just selling the folding thumb hole stock 😆

No doubt! Fortunately the AT went to a good buddy in our shooting crew, thumbhole stock included... haha

16.5” 6.5cm PVA finally showed up. Now I just need to find some paint and a good primer. This thing is instantly my new favorite rifle and fits in the old sneaky bag like it was made for it. 15 lbs with bipod and suppressor. Thinking about taking off the RRS plate and installing the factory skin again to save more weight since the Victor co rail has the RRS dovetail. With factory front of Mag well skin and no bipod it would come it at 13.8-13.9 lbs with no mag.View attachment 7673736View attachment 7673737View attachment 7673738View attachment 7673739View attachment 7673740
Nice setup! I'm doing a similar build in a Cadex. Who makes the pack?

So as a baby AXMC owner, I am having trouble figuring out whats going on here:
Accuracy International AI-6867: AXMC .300 Win Mag Doublestack (12 Round): $98.21
vs
Accuracy International AI-26091BL: AX/AXMC .300 Win Mag Doublestack (10 Round): $152.89

I actually have two questions on this. First, why on earth is a 10 round mag 50% more than a 12 round mag?
And second, does the "AX/AXMC" designation in the 10 round model mean that AX Long Action and AXMC magazines are interchangeable?
One is for the early models (mine is 2013 and uses the $98 in my AXMC)

Other is for newer models

Nice!
I'm assuming from your statement in the "official" announcement of the Vision/AO chassis today , " External weights compatible with all Vision chassis', as well as all other M-Lok chassis such as MDT ACC" that these will work with a Gen 1 AO chassis?
Thanks
Yes they will work!

EuroOptic has mine in stock as well and shipping out to me today. I thought it was going to be a complete assembly including the firing pin/housing... it's just the bolt. I don't see a complete assembly for an AXSR, so... I'll have to use the shroud and firing pin assembly from the 300 WM or 338 NM bolt I already have.

Axsr 308 bolt body is back in the stock at milehighshooting. Just heads up.

Went out last night to try my newest acquisition with my Amigos!. the vudoo 360 in the AI chassis suppressed is a riot.
I know it's technically half AI, but there's two other AI's present so it counts @Huskydriver !!! lol btw thanks @Krob95
** I need a higher power scope to see those tiny ragged holes the 318i isn't cutting it.
