Same can be said about the red and blue rifles!
Processed one of the triggercam captures from range day.300 PRC is a beast! Had mine out at 1,000yds on Quantico yesterday for the first time is a long while.
I'm still shooting up my factory Hornady 225s. Strange winds though, no wind at the firing line or on flags about 30' over the target line, but wind at target level was consistently a mil left. Just a bit sporty but once I figured it out, I was banging steel.
Friend's old school chassis - shoots a lights out 700 in 30-06. @VSP968

No shooting the wildlife! We also had a check fire when the turkeys came across the line.Man I was hoping we were going to see that bird go poof haha
I like it. You have to reposition the scope a notch or two forward and the NF's objective turns when you add or decrease magnification, which alters the orientation of the TC, but I like it better than the Tactacam 5.0 I also have. How you like the triggercam on the NF? Been thinking of picking one up
12" 6.5 CM with Dominus K.
Still figuring which projectile will be best. Heavies for short barrels have given me best consistency and ES versus chasing lighter faster loads. A 140g Hybrid or 156g Hybrid at 2450-2500fps seems achievable.

And who sells these?
Man that's nuts it you can get 2500 with a 140 from a 12. I max pressure with a 140 out of a 16 at 2450
I like how your forend has a full length ARCA for various bipod mounting positions
A few of the AI mafia were at Quantico's R4 today shooting 1,000yds today. A 50BMG, 6.5M, 6CM an me with my AT-X in 6BR were on the line. My 6BR was struggling as it was only going about 2645fps; I need to reload and get this moving at 2925fps or so.
Bonus picture for all our Marine friends who long for the days when they were on a Sunday morning road march in their LAV (sans chain gun) when it's 93 degrees with 82% humidity.
I wouldn't know about that being the AF village guy...Riding Beats rucking.....
That Marine in the back is brave riding open hatch like that while looking forward.... Good way to get a massive Copenhagen long cut spit spray in the face from the TC or gunner...I have seen it happen
This is accurate.I wouldn't know about that being the AF village guy...
What kind of mileage do you get with your SUV.A few of the AI mafia were at Quantico's R4 today shooting 1,000yds today. A 50BMG, 6.5M, 6CM an me with my AT-X in 6BR were on the line. My 6BR was struggling as it was only going about 2645fps; I need to reload and get this moving at 2925fps or so.

Try mile high, proof, or euroopticRecently picked up an AXMC and looking at getting a prefit. Maybe a stupid question, but looking at PVAs site the AI large shank is listed as "using 1.250 barrel". Doesn't the AXMC require a 1.35 shank?
Hope you guys enjoy some AT action. Just filmed and edited today by me, but got some pretty cool trace.
Im so used to right handed actions at this point it doesn't bother me at all lol. They make left handed AIs…
Just 10%? Come on now...be honest...This is accurate.
Will never forget watching AF bubbas get driven to the flight line in a golf cart… while I slogged along on foot in the FL summer heat, cursing their economy of motion and budget excesses.
I told myself “that’s weak!”… but was probably still 10% jealous.
Just pull it apart and figure it out later.... be a man.Oh, anyone got a vid for full bolt breakdown? I need to coat the shroud on my AX so figured Id ask before I started pulling things apart.

Im kind of ghetto-rigging mine right now but it works. I have a Vortex Diamondback HD 16-48x65 with a phone mount on it, and then I use my iPhone. At some point I'd like to do a Swaro or something with a proper camera, but for now this will do lol. What's your setup for filming the targets and trace?

Also, think of all the spare parts you'll have after.
I have a spare PM2 you can borrow... She's beat up thoughPiece of cake. Downside it that 3 weeks after buying this rifle… I finally realized I don’t actually have any spare glass for it.
Rip.

Where are you getting the bolt head?About ready to take the plunge on converting the AXSA to 6.5 PRC. For those who have done this, which magazines are you using?
@trophyhunter will open the bolt face - just looking for feedback on different magazines that are used.Where are you getting the bolt head?
I asked @Sniperwannabee somewhere in a thread and he said he uses Accurate 300 WSM mags without modifications.@trophyhunter will open the bolt face - just looking for feedback on different magazines that are used.
