Needing a set of rings or a scope mount for a Bushnell dmr 2i. The options are badger rings or an ai mount. Mile high has a great sale right now. Are the ai mounts good to go? Don't hear too many people talk about them so just looking for some first hand experience/ input

AI mount are good just need to make sure the are ring height is high enough so the erector doesn't bottom out. I have AI, Spuhr and ERA-TAC mount and all work very nicely. I like the Spuhr mount the best but it also cost the most.

So for the the dmr 2, its a 50mm objective with a 34 mm tube. I was thinking of betting the 28 moa canted high mount. Although MIle High did not mention the height of the mount.

Here's mine mate. 18MOA rings on a 30MOA rail. That's an MTU profile barrel for reference. Had to scoop out some of the base of the ring mount to fit the scope.

AI mounts do not look fancy but they do the job.
I picked one up from MHSA (the exact same mount as Simia, even had to machine clearance for my S&B just like his) at the sale price recently, quite the bargain.

Are folks running ~40 MOA total slope on their ~1K rifles these days? I need a new mount for my 6.5 Creed and have traditionally run only ~20 MOA of slope total, usually in the base.

The ERA-TAC adjustable looks cool, but the price tag and sub-optimal level (actually an ACI adapter with small level on top) leave me a little cold.
