After doing my homework, comparing the TA33 and TA11, I decided on the TA33. My preferred reticles are the horseshoe and the crosshairs, so I started looking around for a TA33 with a green horseshoe 308 reticle. To my amazement, it appears that such a thing does not exist. The only TA33 calibrated for 308 (according to the Trijicon website) is the crosshairs variant. I like that one too, but I am really surprised that they don't make it in the configuration that I was looking for. I am even considering getting the TA11 after all (which does have a 308 horseshoe reticle option), though I wanted the TA33 because it seems to have the best eye relief of the two.

Is this correct, or am I missing something? Is there no such thing as a TA33 with a 308 horseshoe reticle?

I have a TA33H-G and a TA11H-G. The eye relief feels about the same for both but the FOV for the 11 is significantly greater. I prefer the 11 over the 33. The 11 lived on my EMC(308) and the 33(5.56) on the SR15. I sold the 33. If I was putting an ACOG back on the SR15 it would be a TA11, not another 33. I liked the 33 a lot, its just the better fov in the 11 makes me prefer it a bit more.

See I'm the exact opposite of Shane, I much prefer the TA33G's....I replaced all of my Acogs with TA33G's mainly due to the eye relief.

My eyes allow me to easily shoot the 33's with both eyes open and I pick up the horseshoe far better then the chevron.

I like both don't get me wrong, but prefer the 33 by a good margin.
