AI AX-MC in 300wm - Bipod suggestions?

Hi all,

Is anyone running a similar setup? Which bipod did you go with( that you liked)? I currently run a couple harris bipods on a couple other rifles, wondering if the Atlas' are worth the upcharge. Also - thoughts on spikes? Gimmick or legit?

Big fan of atlas cal and the Thinderbeast but just got a Eite iron to try. Any of those should work well

I have a SCal as well. It’s like the LRA. super stable but large form factor

I'm liking the Atlas Super CAL for my .338 AXMC. I'm indifferent on spikes.

two votes for the super cal - I've never used spikes and have been fine thus far but someone at the range went on and on. Got me curious but you know... lol

Love the TBAC with a Victor Company forend on my 338 AXMC.

Atlas CAL, SCAL and Elite Iron are my favorites.
I do Rick spikes on my SCAL and there nice for the terrain I shoot on.
Elite Iron feet are even better than spikes.

I run the Accu-Tac HD-50 on my AI in both 338lm and 300wm. I don't use the spikes
