I wanted to have an adjustable butt pad with a little more vertical than the one offered by Accuracy International. The one pictured is 3 D printed, If I get enough interest, I am going to make it out of Black Anodized Aluminum. Vertical adjustment is 1.5 inches. It does add 1.5 inches to your length of pull. Cost should be around $125,00. Please let me know what you think.

So I run 2-20mm and 1-10mm spacer on my AT. That’s roughly 2” of spacers. The 1.5” length doesn’t concern me if you can make this replace the factory spacers by itself and be able to add spacers back in if needed. Or is there a wheel to adjust LOP?

My intial concern would be the weight. Which would be lighter? The aluminum or printed version? I would assume the printed part would be lighter. How durable is printed part?

I’m very interested. This looks to do the same thing the AX stock would do but at a lot less cost.

In order to get the higher vertical adjustment I had to increase the lenght of pull. Using the factory spacers you can assemble with the spacers in front of the custom part or in the rear. The plastic would be lighter but the duribility we expect out of AI rifles would not be there. I wanted to put a LOP adjustment in but there is not a pretty way to do it. Below is a picture of how it is assembled. If you go back to my original picture you can see where I have AI spacers in front.
