Am I the only one that doesn't clean my brass?

I clean my brass every 10 loadings, whether it needs it or not. I still get great accuracy (by my standards .5 MOA) and typically single digit stdevs.
Is this why people call me a dirty bastard?

So, you like your brass cases with carbon soot and sizing lube on them. To each their own. But, I think that stuff will be sticking to your rifle chamber and gumming up the action.
But, like I said before, whatever makes you happy is your business.

I just wipe the outside of the necks, leave the carbon inside the necks. Collet size and load. It's my trainer load. Match ammo is factory Hornady, less hassle finding powder and bullets.

I do wipe off the sizing lube during the priming process. I meant, I don't wash or tumble them very often. Again 1/2 MOA and single digit st dev; that's enough to make me happy.

Nope, That’s me too.
The first time in the tumbler USA short one just to remove the outside carbon. The second time is after resizing to get rid of the sizing lube. They are usually pretty clean then. Also, I like to scrape any left over carbon from the primer pockets before seating new primers.

This is a lot of work, but it keeps my dies clean, and I figure carbon in the case weighs 'something' and takes up 'some' volume.

Depends on how dirty the brass is.

I have some that I give a wipe before I lube, then tumble for 20 minutes to get the lube off. Others need an hour in the tumbler to get all the carbon off the outside.

When neck sizing(collet die) wipe/size/decap, scrape the primer pocket, prime and carry on. FL I wipe/size, tumble, trim, deburr....etc. I enjoy loading, but I hate trimming. I finaly started using my drill press(70 rpm) for trimming with a lee gauge/trimmer chucked in the drill press, I just hold the case in the shell plate.

Tumble for about 20-30 mins to make shiny (unless its already shiny, then no tumble), neck size and deprime with Lee Collet Die, load up.

For years I cleaned my brass with a vibratory or ultrasonic cleaner.. lately I don't even clean them.

I shoot, then cases fall on my shooting mat, and I put them in the container...I actually think the bullets seat more consistently with minimal soot in the neck. I stopped scrubbing them out hoping it helps, who knows.

My 500 yard cold bore hasn't changed. So I really don't care.
