Gunsmithing American Precision Arms RTG

Re: American Precision Arms RTG

just got one in the mail last week, and dropped it off with an action and stock to GAP yesterday to be built into something.

i was really impressed with its finish and seems built tough. the thing about it is the mag release lever pinches the piss out of my finger, maybe im using it wrong and mind you it was loose and not installed on a gun yet

Re: American Precision Arms RTG

I have shot a friend on mines and loved it. I liked it so much that I'm going to order one as soon as my T4A comes in. I really like the mag release.

I love mine. Behind the rifle it is easy as hell to manipulate. The way it is tapered brings your finger perfectly to the release. Since it doesn't protrude like some mag release levers there is no worry about inadvertently releasing your magazine.

Re: American Precision Arms RTG

Just had them put one in my LTR. Love it! I actually walked into APA with a surgeon bottom metal and decided not to use it after I saw APA's. Well thought out and well made.
