That seems to be the safe money bet - since he was bitten by a dog and at least one expert witness said his injuries were more in line with a beating than being hit by a car .

Let us not forgot that the video footage of her car did not show a broken tail light until AFTER it was impounded. The female witness yesterday admitted to lying under oath and to discussing her testimony with another witness which is a HUGE no-no
