Comes with full kit including the Eratac mount and different height adapter plates, runs on 4x CR123A or 2x 16650 rechargeable (batteries not included in the sale for easy shipping).

The elastic cord is somewhat worm where it contacts the lens cap, replacement can be purchased directly from Andres for ~$40, I plan to just replace the cord myself probably.
