One of our local food trucks sells Tamales by a gas station. While buying gas I noticed their screen door open a little and a sizable rat took off.

Illegal means that they did not obey the (immigration) laws. That the Biden administration looked the other way and even promoted breaking the laws does not change this.

However, not every Hispanic is an illegal immigrant and not every illegal immigrant is Hispanic.

We should not care where people were born but whether they got here by following the law, whether they are appreciating and honoring their new home, and whether they are positively contributing to society.
