Rifle Scopes another what size rings ?

i lost the website that gives ya the formula to figure it what size rings i need...
so anyhow, if anyone knows off hand what size rings i need i apreciate it, or if somone has a link to the website that shows how to figure it out...

schmidt bender 5x25x56mm, with butler creeks, on a MTU or similar contour barrel, 20moa base.......
