Make any attempt to unlawfully enter my car and not only do I not have the duty to retreat, the law presumes the intruder means death or severe injury, and the law allows the occupant to respond with deadly force to stop the intrusion.

My solution is if threatened do what it takes to eliminate the threat. If hitting the gas won't get me out of there then its time to draw and fire. But it won't be planned it will be a reaction. This is a terrible situation and unless Antifa's behavior is checked by the authorities this has a high probability of escalating out of control. When it does, the idiot Mayor of Portland will not be held accountable and it will be up to the LEO's t clean up the mess. That’s the problem, you shouldn’t have to move! This country is being torn apart from the inside.
