I love the Barnes TTSX (and, frankly, the Remington Trophy Copper) bullets. I’m surprised, though, that neither company offers these bullets in 140 gr options in 6.5. The heaviest is 120 gr. I get that the increased weight retention of the monolithic bullet equates it to a heavier lead-core round, but I would still love to have that bullet available for hunting purposes.

While it may be possible, it'll pose quite a few complications that may prove it is not worth it. There are other companies that have tried to make 130gr+ 6.5/.264 lead free hunting bullets but most have been a total flop as they are rather limited in function.
If* Barnes made a 140gr TTSX, my predictions would be it'll likely be to long to work well in the short action .473" bolt face offerings by robbing a ton of case capacity making it near worthless (like the Cutting Edge MTH) compared to the lighter 120gr's. It may also turn out to be to long to adequately stabilize in an 8 twist and will need something faster and further limit their intended market.
If you want heavier, higher BC, and be able to get proper expansion at lower velocities than the TTSX, try the LRX line.

Barnes has a 127 LRX and a new 130 TSX. Why wouldn't they work for you?

Who the hell knows, sounds like a question for Barnes. That said, the 127 LRX has been deadly as hell on deer and elk with the 260 in the old lady's hands. The damage is impressive, you need not one grain more.
one good thing about barnes is that they will perform on game at higher velocities than a standard lead core bullet. stomp those 127s to the top.
