It's a choke arm from a Holley carburetor. It goes between the coil and the bowl to open the choke plate

OK, that does make sense!!

I was test firing it in that room about about a year ago and the lanyard for the suppressor cover got stuck in the ratcheting mechanism for the SR break!

When I pulled the trigger on the 300 win mag the can flew off and broke the thin plate in front of the SR mechanism…

It went back to TBAC and they replaced the SR mechanism.

I took the gun apart and removed the firing pin from the bolt so I could sharpen it and the return spring instantly took on the role of one of Elon's rockets and I thought the fucker was lost forever. In it's place I used part of a flint spring from a Zippo lighter. Then I just happened to look at a shot glass I had on a bedside table and guess what was in it? I could never recreate that in a million years.
