Re: anyone heard of us tactical corp scopes???

ha ha thats funny... Well they have an NSN number on them so I picked one up to see how it does. So far it seems like its ok for the price. Shot it today but just about thirty rounds to zero and try the tracking. It seems consistent but the 1/8 moa is not correct its closer to 1/4. Glass seams very clear comparable to my leopold. I will take some pics and abuse it a little and write up a review......

Re: anyone heard of us tactical corp scopes???

Yes, you have just become the Forum Expert on "US Tactical" scopes.

Test the heck out of it, using good methodologies, and tell us all about it.

Never thought you'd be "the first on your block" with anything, did you????

Re: anyone heard of us tactical corp scopes???

I have looked everywhere for this scope, even ask my buddy hwo is a dealer still cant find one. The scope box should have some info or website post it so we can check it out. very interested!!

Re: anyone heard of us tactical corp scopes???

I dont live in vegas. New mexico is were I call home. Was up in vegas for a company vacation. Hit up the gun show and found this. The guy was out of colorado selling these scopes. Dont remember his name will have to look for his card in my tool box. It does say made in the usa next to the NSN number. Said I was the first to buy one and probably wouldnt find to much about them. Well being in vegas Ilooked the show over and couldnt find anything that screamed at me so figured I would try the scope and if it shoots cool and if not out comes my old one.

Re: anyone heard of us tactical corp scopes???

looks an awful lot like a Super Sniper with bushnell knobs dont you think? the last new name i saw was osprey and then came schoenfeld. they were all loaded up with knock offs of the aimpoint micro and T1 and a few other copies too. at least its not a famous maker brand

Re: anyone heard of us tactical corp scopes???

I too bought one of these scopes haven't mounted it yet still trying to decide if its a POS. Can't find any info or contact for warranty either. Could you share how you got yours returned phone? email? I would just like some documentation on the damn thing.

Re: anyone heard of us tactical corp scopes???

I Just traded for a rifle with one of these scopes on it does anyone know anything new about this company still only comes up with this post any details on company would be greatly appreciated

Re: anyone heard of us tactical corp scopes???

This seems more than just a little suspicious...

I can't imagine anyone dropping $500 on a completely unknown optic, especially in this day of instant internet information.

Re: anyone heard of us tactical corp scopes???

Come on, you guys don't seriously think that scope is anything but a Chinese made POS do you?? Did I miss the /sarcasm switch?

Chinese copy? It clearly says U.S. Tactical. Sarcasm switch flipped

Re: anyone heard of us tactical corp scopes???

+1 on Jason280.

I dont think I would pay $500 on something that I could get NO info. on when there are many good options for that price that I do know. Maybe they should put a website or search engine key word generator or something. I would not buy without many more reviews.

Re: anyone heard of us tactical corp scopes???

I found a U.S. Tactical Scope LLC in Provo, UT but no phone or contact this is amazingly hard to find info on. I think if it was a china nock off you would have an easier time finding information.

Re: anyone heard of us tactical corp scopes???

Has there been any updates on this scope? I'm looking to buy a rifle that has one on it and want to know more about it.

Re: anyone heard of us tactical corp scopes???

Ok so I bought that rifle... So far the scope looks decent to me. But I'm no expert. I will post some pictures when I get around to it.

Re: anyone heard of us tactical corp scopes???

This thread is great. So much useful information.

Re: anyone heard of us tactical corp scopes???

Ok here's some pictures. I know they're not the best but they're from the ad. I can get some others if you guys want. I figured since I live in Utah. I'm going to send a couple letters to the addresses. That have been uncovered on this forum to try and get some more info on this unsolved mystery.

As usual i did not research enough before buying. I just bought one of these at a local gun show. I should have got the bad vibe because the dealer had no info on this scope or company. He did give me his card with their web site. When i went there i got a warning that the site was a phishing site, so i immediately backed out of the site. There is zero internet info on this company. This is the info that i have " john collins 97, Las Vegas, NV 89103, 702-743-8069, [email protected]
The scope is good and clear, the elevation and windage knobs have to be pull up or out to adjust to Zero then the caps can be rotated to the zero once that is done you can push the knobs back in and lock the adjustment knobs in place. The model i picked up is the XTI-16. This is a 4x16x50 with 30mm tube. It has a lighted and graduated cross hairs red/ot . This is a rear focal plane scope. It also has a paralax adjustment.

I am not advocating this scope just saying what it is. I paid $400 for the scope. It will be used for some 300 to 600 yard hunting and some taget work. I will let you know what i think after the sight in. If i can figure out how to post pic's i will put a few up.

A friend of mine just bought a 4-16 x 50 made by us tactical scope corp. he picked it up at the reno gun show for $199. We just mounted and zeroed it this evening on his 24" bull barreled ar15. I was very impressed with this scope. It took about 20 rounds to zero it at 100 yards, and we were shooting 1/2 moa groups with cheap 55 grain factory reloads. The image at max magnification was not as good as a $600 scope, but was more than adequate even in low light conditions. My only complaint would be the short eye relief (about 2 1/2 inches). You would not want to mount this scope on a rifle with alot of recoil as you would probably get scope bit.

A 200 dollar scope, cheap factory reloads, and an AR, I can only assume that the mount was a cheap unit also. 1/2 minute groups, yeah, I totally believe that, must of been doing your part.
