The targets are set up to be the same dimensions as any of the targets that are commercially available, to be used with 8.5" x 11"; printer paper, and to use minimal ink. For the 4P 5 bull target, a portion of the edge can be folded and matched / stapled / taped to the other side - essentially making one large target.

Scores of all the short range competitions will sorted by the type of competition, distance, caliber, and sighting device used and compiled at month's end. Scores found in error can be corrected by the origninal creator of that month's thread.

Not my best, but not too bad. Missed the cold bore, shot beyond my limit, hit a hostage. 100% on the numbers and group.

I'd never shot any SK through this rifle before, but I bought a brick earlier this year, and decided to make an effort with it this time around. No sighters, just a cold bore. Wind was kicking me a round on the offhand, and I wasn't thinking it was going very well. Sitting, I felt like I was finally hitting the groove, but then I had a misfire on the prone unsupported, which blew my concentration. Prone supported renewed both my faith in this rifle, and hopes for this ammo when I am a bit less rusty on my positions and possibly when I put a better scope on the rifle. I've been using a plain-Jane hunting rifle scope, since it's primarily an understudy for my hunting rifles, but ... this game is too fun, and I like looking at one hole groups.

Hope we get some more participants this month. The ammo situation around here just sucks. The last .22lr I bought was that brick of SK, and I had to mail order it. Nobody I've seen even has any now.
