Are all ATLAS bipods LIST PRICE?

Mile high shooting gives hide members a 5% discount. I doubt you'll find much of a deal on one, they sell very well at their list prices

Edit to add, if you need to save money you should consider getting the regular model rather than the adm mount. I think (someone correct me if I'm wrong) that you can remove the clamp later on and add a qd mount of your choice

I've played around with a few different bipods and, though the Atlas is expensive, I think it's worth every penny. Don't skimp on this, and if you find a 'deal' you may get stuck with a knockoff.

First...go to your friendly, neighborhood Hide sponsor/vendor such as MHSA, Triad, etc. and inquire about pricing. As GrantA said...MHSA offers a discount which adds up to a decent $$ off the Atlas.

Second, if you don't have any luck with Hide vendors (albeit highly unlikely), MidwayUSA often has $20 off $200 and $30 off $300 discount codes that will cut you a discount on an Atlas (which they generally have in stock in various configs).

Third...be VERY careful buying on price-point alone as there are knock-offs (one authorized through PTS and other unlicensed, illegal copies as well) hitting the market. If you buy on price alone or otherwise from an unknown entity...CAVEAT EMPTOR!

I just bought my second ATLAS. The bare $220 model without the QR base. It installs easily with a slotted screwdriver. It's going to stay on the rifle it's destined for anyway. NO true need for the QD feature.
Yeah the ATLAS bipods ARE expensive, but they are also truly WORTH IT.

FWIW...I tried the $20 discount code from Midway...tried it three times...they don't allow it on certain items, ATLAS pods must be one of them.

Not sure what you are doing wrong or if Midway's system just hates you ( ;) ), but I just tried the following code for $20 off an Atlas BT10-LW (reg. $279) and it worked just fine.

40E9AA4 - Good for $20 off any >$100 order

Not sure what, if any, other codes are valid today, but that one SHOULD work for an Atlas.

Thanks for the heads up guys. I keep a close watch on the accessories forum.

"Third...be VERY careful buying on price-point alone as there are knock-offs (one authorized through PTS and other unlicensed, illegal copies as well) hitting the market. There's a lengthy thread in this very forum re: the "FAKE" Atlas bipods, including the "authorized" knock-offs licensed by Atlas to a known "Airsoft" entity offshore as well as others. Here's a link: http://www.snipershide.com/shooting...ipment/189402-how-spot-fake-atlas-bi-pod.html

Best advice...do NOT buy your bipod from eGay, GunBroker, etc., but stick with known, reputable sellers like the aforementioned Hide vendors, Midway (although reputable and Midway probably shouldn't be used in the same sentence...but that is another story for another time not related to their sales of Accu-Shot/Atlas products), Brownells, etc.
