Are these Lapua brass good for reloading?

I would like to know, if anybody try reloading these brass?

There are 3 dots near primmer.

Military ammo has the primer "crimped" into place, literally some of the brass case head is smashed around the primer pocket once the primer is inserted, in order to prevent the primer from shaking loose during cycling and causing a stoppage.

Because of this, it will take extra force to punch the primer out. Whether or not you can use a "normal" reloading decapping die, depends on just how hard the "crimp" or "swage" is. Once the primer is removed, the primer pocket usually still is too small for a new primer to be inserted, and so the "crimp" must be removed somehow. There are tools made to do this job.
