Arresting sober drivers for profit got so out of hand TN passed a new law in 90days

So will the 600 people who were falsely arrested, brutalized, extorted and held hostage by the greedy, vile Uniform Hangers going to get any actual justice or compensation, or is it, hey Uniform Hangers, that was naughty, please don't do it again?
Also whoever was handing out the bonuses to those vile Uniform Hangers and their evil agencies for arrests needs to be sued out of existence and those involved in the payouts charged for conspiracy to violate civil rights.
But of course we all know the answer to that...
So all you "Good People" that think you are so perfect and righteous and are always so foaming at the mouth for the government to have more power to "deal with those bad people" perhaps you should take a look and understand what happens when you gleefully forge chains for others... oh who am I kidding you will go do it all over again and worse than before...

Make policing for profit ABSOLUTELY ILLEGAL in ALL forms
NO Bonuses, NO pats on the back, NO money to officers or departments, NO extra days off or ANY compensation to either the Uniform Hangers, their departments or the courts or the cities or the local states.
Instead ANY and ALL money, property or anything of any value seized or levied or fined (including all those vile "court costs") must be sent to the federal government for ONLY the purpose of paying down the national debt and NO compensation, consideration or any kind of reward, token or gift may be given to any Uniform Hanger, department, court, state or government or any outside organization or agency for anything related to law enforcement.
Having all money simply go down the black hole will fix a lot of this road piracy.
Traffic tickets, sure write them all you want, but all the money goes to a black hole in the federal deficit.
And it must be a criminal offense for any other organization to try to get around this by offering any Uniform Hangers, departments, courts or governments any kind of reward or compensation or anything in related to law enforcement in any way.
Then watch how fast the Uniform Hangers and their ilk first start whining about how they can't do their job without the income from road piracy, then they'll try to "make life dangerous" for the average citizens to extort them into restoring their graft, then eventually they will give up and stick to just beating up old folks and killing mentally handicapped people when they need a break from that hard work of "protecting and serving". Or maybe they will just "go home safely" without bothering to harrass others.

Many are still missing just how big of a scandal this DUI for profit story is - multiple agencies across multiple states and judges and defense attorneys also involved- and I’ve detailed here over the last 2 years and still many say shit like “well don’t drive drunk “ and “ well they could have been on weed “ but my favorite is -“ sounds like an honest mistake and it doesn’t happen very often “
Well it’s happened often enough that TN has passed a law over it - quickly in an emergency session and other states are moving in the right direction- and remember I’ve seen no proof that any of this arresting sober drivers has come from “the state” this is happening on the department level - financially incentivizing DUI arrests - and cutting defense attorneys in on the action to get the innocent to plead to a lesser charge .

Abolish “Qualified Immunity”
Require ALL legal settlements to come straight from LEO benefits and department operating funds. Make the actual offenders pay from their own pocket.
Form a National LEO “Do Not Hire” database resource for any job with POST powers.
No more “We investigated ourselves and found no wrongdoing.” ALL “internal affairs” and agency policies are handled by civilian oversight. No LEO/LEAs.
Abolish the cruel joke of “Paid Administrative Leave.”
Abolish police unions.
Aggressively investigate and prosecute LEO mafias.
Criminally prosecute liars who fabricate statements and “evidence.” Make it a felony so the liars can never own a gun or hold any LE/POST job.
