Rifle Scopes ATACR logo color change over the years?

I had 2 scopes off of rifles getting work done. When sitting beside each other. I noticed that the older of the two scopes has a more golden appearance to it and the newer one has a more fde look. I have several other atacrs and they all have different variations in color after examining them too. Has anyone else noticed this? I like the older golden yellow look better
