Something seemed really weird about this... I'm in the VA hospital 3 times a week and there's really nothing you could do there that would keep you from communicating with the outside world longer than a couple hours other than a psych hold.

I really hope people can get their money back!

Seems odd to me as well. I asked for pics and was told he did not have them on “this” phone. Hope he is legit. We shall see.
 
I hope this gets resolved. I am still trying to get a razor I bought on the 8th.

Guys, I feel bad having not mentioning this in the PX Feedback section earlier. I'm just now seeing this issue in this thread again, and here's my story:

I purchased both of these from the OP back in the middle of June and ran into the same problems. Poor or no comms for extended periods, frequent excuses for why they weren't shipped, etc. I was patient with him and opted to wait several weeks because of how good the deal was. But after pulling my hair out when he missed numerous shipping deadlines and didn't return contact, we agreed upon a refund. He was very apologetic and sent the funds back to me ASAP. I didn't say anything because he stated he was dealing with some sensitive personal issues, and I figured he'd wait to try and resell things until they were resolved.

I won't dump his personal issues here, but I will say that, having seen the same problems arise with others now, I feel the OP needs the ban or to take some time away from things until he can get his side of the deal under control. If you paid with a CC or via PayPal, I'd probably file a claim at this point, as there's no telling how long it will be until you get a refund or the product (or either, if he decides to full-on ghost people over this).

I apologize for not bringing this to light earlier, as I thought it was a done deal after he and I talked about how he handled things on my end. Apparently I was wrong, as he turned around and relisted them, and how he's yanking other people's chains. If you can file a claim or a charge back, doing so would probably be the best option at this point. I'm not sure how the ban came about, but it may be for the best for both the OP and everyone involved. ?

That is my same exact story, to the "T". I feel bad but I had to report him. I asked for my money back and he said he had to sell the razor that I paid for to get the money to me. I didn't want anyone else going through what I went through.

Whoa, wait a second! You paid for a scope, didn't receive it, and when you asked for a refund, he said he had to re-sell the same item you paid for in order for you to get a refund?! Holy smokes, that's WAY worse than I thought things were!

The guy has (or had...) buyers for his stuff, but because he wasn't shipping any of the goods he sold, he'll never get the money he needs. If he'd just ship what he sells, he'd have continued to receive buyers for his goods. As it stands, if what you say is correct, I'd find it hard to think the mods will let him back to sell anything. Ouch!

Sorry you had to go through that. I'll have to make a post in the Feedback section so that, should he every be allowed back, people will know going forward that his activity in the PX is not to be taken lightly. Pretty sad, really, seemed like a decent guy down on his luck. But as my father always says, if you find yourself in a hole... STOP DIGGING!

I’ve been waiting for a razor with the tremor reticle from him for 3 weeks now. Things seemed odd but hell of a deal. Guess it’s time to file a claim with PayPal.
