From the OP??
Guys, I feel bad having not mentioning this in the PX Feedback section earlier. I'm just now seeing this issue in this thread again, and here's my story:
I purchased both of these from the OP back in the middle of June and ran into the same problems. Poor or no comms for extended periods, frequent excuses for why they weren't shipped, etc. I was patient with him and opted to wait several weeks because of how good the deal was. But after pulling my hair out when he missed numerous shipping deadlines and didn't return contact, we agreed upon a refund. He was very apologetic and sent the funds back to me ASAP. I didn't say anything because he stated he was dealing with some sensitive personal issues, and I figured he'd wait to try and resell things until they were resolved.
I won't dump his personal issues here, but I will say that, having seen the same problems arise with others now, I feel the OP needs the ban or to take some time away from things until he can get his side of the deal under control. If you paid with a CC or via PayPal, I'd probably file a claim at this point, as there's no telling how long it will be until you get a refund or the product (or either, if he decides to full-on ghost people over this).
I apologize for not bringing this to light earlier, as I thought it was a done deal after he and I talked about how he handled things on my end. Apparently I was wrong, as he turned around and relisted them, and how he's yanking other people's chains. If you can file a claim or a charge back, doing so would probably be the best option at this point. I'm not sure how the ban came about, but it may be for the best for both the OP and everyone involved. ?
