Why is that supposed to be so good?I have a few Chamber Chillers, and they seem to work pretty well. I think that the product that most folks are waiting for in this space is the MagnetoSpeed RifleKuhl (should be on the market soon).
Looks like it'll flow more air than most other options, and has a filter, to boot. Why is that supposed to be so good?
I had a Chamber Chiller Beta 60, it was funky and the nozzle broke in my pack after a year, but it did what I bought it to do.
I saw magneetospeed was going to release one, and being a fan of their chronographs I looked to buy one, but I still don't see them available, and looking at proportions of it I'm skeptical how much air it would move.
The RifleKule pushes more air than the ChamberChiller due to a higher RPM fan and better airflow path - and that is with the filter installed in the RK. Take the filter out, and it's a pretty drastic difference. The RK is also more compact and sturdier.
Where do I buy one?
That RifleKuhl looks really cool, can't believe I hadn't seen it until now. I usually do a pretty good job of keeping up of the new interesting things set to come out. I have a couple of the chamber chillers and have been pretty pleased for the most part, but I am hard on my gear so this riflekuhl looks like it might be harder to break so I will forsure get one. I pretty much shoot suppressed all the time and maybe its just my mind not wanting to think I wasted money but I seem to think there is a difference in between stages on a hot day if I'm using the chiller.
