I assume what you are speaking of is when the chamber end bore is dialed in, if you put an indicator rod in the bore on the outboard side and measure runout?
Or are you talking about if you chop off 10" from the blank, and the bore is no longer in the center of the OD of the barrel?

How do you guys measure that? Do you put the barrel on centers and look for runout anywhere along it?
