Just checked them out looks like a nice light setup hopefully there as accurate as the b14r. Great price as well
I'd take a guess that the importer is Bergara, since they have a facility in Georgia.
We'll see them trickle in. I would guess all the big distributors will see them. They shouldn't be hard to get. I had ordered a B14R barreled receiver through the lgs when Midway first put them up for pre-order and had it in a few months, a year later they're keeping rifles and barreled actions on the shelf all the time.

The BMR has not been released yet. They should start shipping early this summer. I do not have an exact date but that is what I am being told. I have not had the opportunity to shoot one but have handled on and they are nice.
