Bergara bolt issues?

So this is my issue, I’m randomly seeing pressure signs from my Bergara B14. It’s a new model with the fluted b14 bolt (not the premier). I was working up a load that was a little hot so I said screw it and went to a lower node.
143 eldx, 42.1 gr Staball 6.5, win LR primers and star line brass. 22” barrel @2700fps w/3.5 SD
Do you think this is due to the sharp edge around the ejector? This is 3 shots from yesterday and only Got it on one. If so what’s the solution because it’s a phenomenal shooting gun otherwise

How much shoulder clearance do you have?

Appears to be marks on all 3 casings. By the “MO” on back left and “ED” on back right. Primers look slightly flattened as well

Probably need to back it off more. My buddies savage had pressure issues early on as well. We were also running 143 ELDX. Backed it off so much he eventually just got rid of the gun and went back to 308 for hunting. Think we were mid 2600 before it was ok

How much shoulder clearance do you have?

This was virgin brass, I didn’t bump the shoulder back at all but it’s still .004 shorter than after fired

Then it’s not the headspace. That means your load is max or a little bit over.
