Berger 6.5 140 Hybrid verses Sierra 142 Match King in Creedmoor

The 130 AR Hybrid and 140 Hybrid have been in stock at multiple places since April online but sell it fast. I've been able to grab 1500 from OTM. Just get on notify at a few different places and purchase fast.

140 ELD shoot just as good in the testing myself and some fellow shooters have done in 6.5x47L

I finally got to the range and tested the Berger 140 Hybrid head to head at 100 and 200 yards with the Hornady 140 eld-M.
Shot five five shot groups at each yardage. I fully expected the Berger's to out shoot the cheaper Hornady's, but I was wrong.
Smallest group and best average went to the Hornady's. Go figure.

And it hasn't been updated since what, 2015?
Yep, that's right, so who knows?
It all comes down to what works best in your own particular barrel. If I can get mine to shoot in the low .3's at 100 off the bipod I'm happy.
This particular rifle is the only one I've owned that didn't prefer Berger's. Never been a big hornady fan but I can't argue with the proof on paper.
The Sierras might work great but I hate to buy another 100 bullets just to find out.

However if you check the precision rifle blog "What the Pro's use" 90% are using Berger's.

A lot of people fell into the Berger trap, including myself. I’m nervous to try anything else at this point, because I’ve shot crazy groups with my 47. Would be nice to have another choice when they get scarce though. Certainly couldn’t shoot any better, but I’d be pumped if they were equal
