Night Vision BEST ADD-ON N.V. FOR DAY SCOPE?

I choose Knight Vision (Knight's Armament Corp.) UNS LRLP scope with the Gen 3 Pinnacle tube. It appears that KAC makes the best add-on NV device available to civilians. Evidently so does the US Gov't. with its big contracts to KAC. But then YMMV.

So what is your preference for a good add-on NV device?

I don't know what the best clip-on out there is, but I really wanted to try a PVS-27. I ended up going with the D-930, my decision was cost driven, but I got a quality tube and have been happy with its performance. I would love to one day do a side by side comparison on the same range under the same conditions and see for myself what the differences were between the whole range of options that are out there. Seems to me if you get a decent tube and a good IR illuminator, and you don't end up with POA/POI shifts that you will have a good set up.
