Do this and you'll thank us later. Of that 30 bucks a week, save 10 of it. Keep saving 10 of it until you get about 300-500 bucks. Then start buying yourself a reloading setup...RCBS rockchucker, is hard to beat for a press(get it used), a beam scale (inexpensive), case trimmer, set of digital calipers, hand primer.
Once you have your press, get a good set of dies- get the RCBS competition dies they're expensive but well worth it if you're planning on shooting a lot. If you don't plan on shooting a lot, standard dies are fine.
the best thing you can do is reload. It sounds like a lot of money now and at 10 bucks a week it will take some time (may sound like it's not worth it) but a year will come quickly and you'll save that investment the next year of shooting.</div></div>
I gotta agree with this guy. Factory Winchester ammo for my 22-250 is $.75 a round, reloading I can get below $.25
