Best barrel for my buck

Just picked myself up a savage model 10 in .308 and it already shoots like a dream, just wondering what's out there barrel wise that I could up my cordon with? If ya catch my drift? Already fluted/threaded would be great. Thank you.

IMO I would not go with Shilen as I have seen 3 the last several years come with problems in the chamber. I also have seen a few Pac-Nor pre chambered barrels that are excellent and shoot just as good. I have also seen 1 Mcgowen that is very nice.

Look for a guy on here named cutrifled and get a rock creek barrel from him. I had a mcgowen on my savage after it got heated up your poi was way off. Rock creek imho is the best prefit you can get...
