Best handguard for Izmash Saiga x39 ?

I have a crap UTG HG on my old skewl x39 AK from 10+ years ago. I’d like to pretty it up with a Zenit or something. I see this one on Tacswap, but no clue if it’ll work or not, as I don’t have much experience with The Devil’s Gun.

that's a B30+B31, iirc it should work fine.

the hotness in my opinion though are the midwest setups. very light compared to the zenit stuff and give you everything you need.

glad to help. if you're wanting to test the limits of your gun's functional accuracy, the Hornady Black 7.62x39 with the SST projectile is the most accurate of the factory loads.

you can clone it using Prvi Brass, CCI LR primer, and 26.2gr of accurate 1680 loaded to the cannelure on a .310 dia 123gr SST with a mild roll crimp.

Most AKs fed good ammo are capable of surprisingly good accuracy, they just have a reputation for being dogshit because most people are using mass-manufacture combloc surplus that gives you 4 MoA on a good day
