I have a Sico Omega 300 and the POI change is only 1/4" on my gas guns.There is no doubt that I'm lucky, not skillful. I am using the Sico ASR mounts. I'm not sure if anyone makes a suppressor that doesn't change the POI.

Almost all the available suppressors these days are fine. Suffering with only Gemtech and AAC options is far in the past.
