Thanks. No issues with my harvey deprimer, still have to run them thru a swagger.
i vote mighty armory as well. the pin is way stronger than the dillon ones. i have a mk7 on a 1050 dedicated head for prepping brass, and the dilllon pin would sometimes break or bend. moved over the mighty armory one and after about 25k brass still running strong no issues.
What is the best tool for de priming lake city 223 brass (for conversion to 300 BLK)? I have been using a Lee de priming pin and a 4lb sledge hammer. Put the casing in the #4 shell holder. Set and hold on steel bench plate. Insert the pin into the primer and tap it out with the hammer. You can do about 70 a minute or so. Bought a Lee universal decapper to see if it could be easier and faster. Popped the die's pin out on the first casing. Back to the hammer. Can't afford a Dillon 600 so used the Lyman multi-tool to de crimp the case. Since I am chopping the neck off the case i don't have or want a 223 full length case sizing die. Any better ideas?
