Has to be one of the funniest threads I have run across. Love the built in wind flag remark and the girls jumping you guys a**. Had a girl like that once ok more than once but after the last said to myself don't like my clothes or gear(including but not limmited to reloading, guns, or any other things I enjoy) They stay you get to go GOOD BYE! Now I have plenty of things I enjoy and I get to enjoy them with out the nagging! I made the right choice. And I am off to order a hat.

Funny stuff, that hat's worth at least 8 bucks on fleebay. It's vintage! The company I work for order 500 promotinal hat and paid some kid in China an extra dollar to stand in front of a belt sander to get that look.

Sorry Brother, I was lucky enough to spend 13 hours out there, in full uniform, during the hottest Indy 500 on record but couldn't get anywhere near the winner's circle for a pic. We've still got one more race this year though and we've been trying to get access to train in the facility (shoot off of the pagoda). I'll keep tryin to get that pic.

It's wind erosion from being so high speed. It's dramatically affecting my (normally) low drag component however.

I'm still wearing the old one more than the new one. Just can't seem to part with it or retire it to the shelf.

Actually if you'll re-read the thread you'll see that he offered and I declined and purchased one instead.

I just made my first purchase from Steve and he by far has the best customer service I've dealt with.

Placed an order for an Eagle DB-BS and a tapered rear bag on Monday.
Realized Tuesday that I ordered the wrong color rear bag and sent Steve an email.
Just recieved my package from Triad today.

I am more than happy.

The rear bag is great, very well designed.

The DB-BS is perfect. I'm glad I didn't spend all the money on a full drag bag. This and my 3 day pack will be all I need.

Thank you Steve. You've got if figured out. I'll be ordering one of these hats now.

+1 for Steve !!!!!!!!!

Last night my daughter put my sedan in the shop soo we'll be using a different car for our road trip tomorrow. My rifle box is way too large to fit in the 'other' car, so I contacted Steve and he directed me to his house to buy an Eagle DB-BS for the trip.

Most vendors won;t let you know where they live, much less let you in their house and meet their dog.




Of course, Steve was in the process of moving to a new house, so it is not like I'll know where he lives when I get back....

Still, it was very nice for him to stop packing long enough to help me.
