I'd love to know when you are going to refund my money for the broken USP rail adapter I sent back to you guys a long ass time ago (reference to the incident below). If you need any proof, shoot me a PM and I'll dig it up for you -<span style="font-style: italic"><span style="font-weight: bold">OR</span></span>- you could just look it up on you're end to save me even more hassle & time, cut me a check and provide me with a tracking number for it. I'd love to try out this new approach to customer service. Thanks!
