I moved from Golden to Fremont County and have loved it. However, this summer I noticed several vagrants carrying anti Trump signs. I later observed them getting into a van with California plates. I stoped and gave them a friendly reminder that they were in a majority federal law enforcement community and that if they knew how to distinguish between off duty HSI, CBP, FBI USMS, DOJ and USFS? He said no. I then replied “then how the hell are you going to know what agency to send the dental bill to?”Denver County is next. The rest of the state will tell them to pound sand.
My firm belief is that the people pushing and financing gun control see the 2A as the last obstacle to taking away the 1A.
Last I heard cartels had to switch to pushing heroin to housewife’s because all they lost in weed revenue
The problem comes from the mentality of those who want to have the freedom to use drugs but don't want to extend the same Libertarian mindset to others.
They're probably more involved than ever.
You guys (CO.) wanted to be the first state to make marajuana legal, all the fucking retards flocked to your state. That's been my take on it. Could be wrong. The big problem is not Boulder’s likely to be overturned ban. It’s that, just like when we fought the last round of gun laws Colorado has turn solid blue. A Statewide ban is likely on the agenda next year and the State’s preemption of Boulder could be the spark.....

I base my opinion on this fact:The moon is probably still made of cheese.....
Does anyone pushing this theory have anything more than speculation, innuendo and hyperbole?
Bear in mind that I don’t use marijuana, though I would have valid reasons to do so medically. If marijuana is still tainted by cartels, it because:
I know places like Colorado are going to great lengths to weed out criminal involvement throught BG checks, limiting partnerships and other means to make it difficult for someone to be a front person for a criminal enterprise.
- It suffered an unreasonble & long prohibition. It still suffers this fate in most of the country. The criminal infrastructure is still in place. I doubt bootleggers went out of business over night.
- To get it legalised it was sold as a tax windfall thereby giving legislators virtual carte blanch to target marijuana (particularly recreational) with “special” taxes unlike other goods.
- The Feds still count it as a prohibited drug and still subject to the war on drugs
- Most states have yet to leaglise marijuana so it is a niche supply in certain area that folks, growers, sellers etc flock to.

So its a tax. The truth comes out eventually. Im stationed here in CO at Fort Carson, i feel bad for these people.
However seeing the 15rd mag limit isnt enforced(people openly shooting at public ranges with 30rd mags) i think a lot of people, except those 85, will tell them to FO.
There are only 5 local agencies that promised to enforce it. However, there is no plan on how it would be enforced. Hell, in the heart of Denver gun stores are selling disassembled 30rd Pmags as “rebuild kits” and law enforcement can’t do anything about it except remind you that putting more than 15 rounds in it would be a misdemeanor. It’s laughable.
nopeBetter hurry also. Due by the 27th but they will be closed 24-31st. So really 23rd is your last day.

My company can't find enough guys like you in the western US and are constantly hiring at close to $40/hr with union CBA benefits. I'd imagine in AK the winter layoff for your type of labor is a normal thing, but I've never lived there myself. It’s not that way up here right now.. I got laid off right before thanksgiving. I am ase certified diesel mechanic, structural steel & aluminum welder and my last job was as a roustabout. And yes I can pass a piss test. We do have the Walmart/fast food jobs starting 10-12 hr though.
