Brass stress

What would stress brass less, shoulder bumping and then neck sizing, or just doing a full length resizer, pushing it thru just one die.

I use a full length resizer and have had good luck. I redo my case overall length every other time. The biggest impact that i am seeing is the brass brand that is used. Hornady brass is very complicated to resize,don't know why but it is. Good luck

thanks for the feedback. I try to shoot 150-200 rounds a month thru it, and thats why I'd like to minimize reloading steps if it wont shorten the life of the brass.
