Budget friendly leveling base & arca clamp for Manfrotto?

I have a Manfrotto tripod that I'd like to setup as budget friendly as possible with a leveling base and arca clamp. Any tips/advice? I don't run a tripod often - just a few hunts a year, so I don't want to drop 1K on a good setup. Rifle isn't crazy heavy - about 15lbs.

The Sunwayfoto FB-52 comes up a lot. It's about $150-ish.. Not sure on budget friendly leveling base.

I used a $15 Discal clamp and a $100 Benro LBA2 leveling base. Definately could have gone cheaper on the leveling base but it will hold my rifle all the way at the end of the handguard.
