Rifle Scopes Burris target knob retrofit?

I've got a Fullfield II 4.5-14x42 that will likely reside on a 223 or 204 rig, and I'm considering having Burris install target knobs on it.

I was wondering if anybody has done this before, and if so, were you happy with the result and do you have any pictures? My Google-fu is weak this morning.

Are these simply tall turret-style knobs, or more like the TAC-2 on their existing Tactical line?

Would love some new "bad-ass glass" but funds available at this time preclude it.
