Rifle Scopes Bushnell/ Millett customer service rocks! finaly..

well mostly bushnell. but the third call is the charm. i called to ask about the availability of the mil/mil TRS-1, or its existance. while not being able to confirm or deny that, she did offer to pay to ship the scope in to them for warranty repair or replacement. she also said to include in my note to the repair shop, that if they were going to replace the scope, i would rather get the mil/mil version as replacement. ill keep this updated if anyone cares.

anyone need a 0 moa EGW base for a savage?

That is not the norm, I think they got overwhelmed with what they inherited from Millett's poor Q.C. and are tyring their best to do damage control until they can rectify the issues.

its funny, i called two times before, asked about them paying and nothing. this time i just asked about the mil/mil version and the possibility of exchanging my moa/mil for that. she asked why it was coming back, offered straight away to send a call ticket. i was very happy. i will keep ya posted. i have always said all i wanted was a working unit. i know its a $300 scope but i have bought $50 that worked as promised. thats all i want

We get a lot of returns and complaints in regards to the LRS and TRS but not with the DMS, it must be sourced from a different factory.

We've considered dropping the LRS and TRS but will stick it out a little longer and see if Bushnell is going to switch factories or actually do some QC. Everytime we see the little logo on the Millett scope boxes about being computer tester it makes us laugh.

Its good to know there taking care of the customer now. I hope they keep it up. Good luck Axeman, and id like a good review on the TRS, if you dont mind.

by the time i get it back i should have the $$ for some powder. i have 250 cases primed and ready to go. that should be enough to get me started. ill watch LL's video on the tests he did with the SS models and see what i need to do for a decent way to compare it with others and test its functions. unless someone beats me to that.
