Well first off you might want to be careful who you supply.
Unless you are playing a very careful game, you'll only be supplying those that are committed to your side.
But things do sometimes go sideways... however remember, you were the one with all the planning and preparations to be able to supply the not prepared.... So you might just also have a plan for if those you help turn against you.... It's not a bad idea to in the end trust nobody but God and yourself.
Now you may get into more "interesting" planning when you take it up a notch. Arming and helping your frenimes to defeat your enemies and then deal with the frenimes later once they have expended themselves / supplies dealing with your enemies. The British Empire had that down to an art form.
On a multi side fight, sometimes letting a couple sides kill each other off and slim down the field is the way you want to play it.
