As a side note because I feel I must and because I just had a conversation last week with my daughter, age 8, regarding people with different abilities than what we consider the norm. She had recently met a person with Downs and her comment was "He was sweet" and I could see her understanding that yes here is a person stripped of all the shit that makes humanity "dark". I dont know where she came up with the term "sweet" as Ill only use it if someone gives me a classic coke but it was an appropriate term.
